Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The referral program (Refer. Reward. Repeat) is open to all individuals aged 18 and above. Participants must register for the Program through the designated referral form on the Lucid Project Design website.
- Referral Process: Participants may refer potential clients to Lucid Project Design by providing their contact information through the referral form available on our website.
- Commission Structure: Participants will earn a commission of 5% of the total contract value for every successful referral resulting in a signed contract and payment from the referred client. The commission is payable within 15 days (about 2 weeks) of the referred client’s full payment of the contract.
- Payment Method: Commission payments will be processed and disbursed via Stripe. All transfer fees and associated costs incurred during the payment process are the responsibility of the referrers.
- Commission Limitations: Commission is applicable only to the first contract signed and paid for by the referred client. Subsequent contracts or renewals are not eligible for referral commission.
- Program Duration: The Program is ongoing and has no set end date. Lucid Project Design reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Ethical Referral Practices: Participants must adhere to ethical referral practices and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Referrers may not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior to obtain referrals.
- Modification of Terms: Lucid Project Design reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes to the Program via email or through the Company’s website.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from participation in the Program will be resolved by Lucid Project Design at its sole discretion. Decisions made by the Company regarding the Program are final and binding.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Program shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Nevada.
By participating in the Program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in forfeiture of commissions and termination from the Program.
