- The company aims to provide a comfortable, technologically advanced, and hassle-free meeting experience.
- ConnectHub’s Unique Selling Proposition (USP) is their secured meeting spaces with noise-proof technology, smart code access for meeting attendees and technologically advanced equipment in the meeting spaces which is not available yet in their more established competitors.
Costumers
- ConnectHub will cater to professionals in New York, who at any given time can book meeting spaces where a small group can meet and have a neutral ground for thoughtful discussions.
- It will create instant connections for tech-savvy professionals whose requirement for fast internet, secured log-in, uninterrupted wi-fi, smart TV and smart boards are part standard offers.
- A secure discussion is also part of USP or unique selling proposition as it offers noise-proof technology so customers with “highly confidential discussion” will find a safe place to meet.

Strategy
Lucid team focused on collaborating with ConnectHub Marketing team to create a website that would serve as the throne of their online presence. Here’s how we approached the project:
User-Centered Design
- It’s important to always think of the end users, ConnectHub’s target audience.
- Through collaboration, we conducted user research to understand the preferences, needs and how the messages will be delivered to its audience.
- We designed a website with a clean, modern, and intuitive layout with quick and easy access to key information.
Brand Consistency is the Key
- The visual identity we have created for ConnectHub is incorporated throughout the website.
- Connecthub’s color pallete and typography is observed as well as the tone of voice. It was easy for us to do it as we knew the brand so well and we’re able to showcase that on their website.
- We used high quality images from their image bank that showcased the meeting rooms and amenities, helping visitors visualize the space.
Mobile Responsive Website
- Here at Lucid, a mobile responsive website is part of our minimum viable product, so by default all websites we are creating are mobile responsive.
- We prioritized fast loading times for all pages to reduce bounce rate.
- And we ensured that the design looks good and functional both on desktop and mobile devices.
Booking Integration
- We integrated a user-friendly booking system that allows their customers to check available meeting rooms at their desired time and make reservations easily.
- A secured payment gateway and processing for reservations are incorporated, making sure that user experience is the top priority.
